Hurt less. Move better.
Play Harder. Work harder.
Hurt less. Move better.
Play harder. Work harder.
That nagging ache starts limiting what you can do.
Muscles get tighter and weaker, making movement harder.
You miss out on the workouts, hobbies, and moments you enjoy most.
Stress builds...and your body carries the weight.
It’s the morning after your massage.
You stretch, and instead of that familiar ouch, your body says,
"Hey, we’re good today."
You get out of bed without the stiffness.
You walk into your day without wincing.
You sit at your desk without that dull ache whispering in the background.
Whether it’s chasing your kids, hitting the gym, or just making it through a long meeting,
"She changed my life during the first session with a special shoulder technique. My neck/shoulder tension continues to decrease each time. For the first time in my life I feel happy to be in my body."
"After injuring myself escaping a burning house, I came to Lori in significant pain. She pinpointed my injury, worked it carefully, and sent me home with cream to help. I left feeling better than I had since the accident."
"Her deep tissue work is at the top of my list. The stretches she added made a huge difference. It's like getting massage and physical therapy all at once."
Welcome! I'm so glad you're here.
My path to massage therapy began long before I entered the treatment room. I've lived with chronic pain, and have had lymphedema since college. I've trained, competed, and pushed my body as an athlete. And I know how it feels when your body won't cooperate, or when pain runs your life.
That's why I've spent years studying the body, how it breaks down, how it heals, and what truly helps. My training includes pain treatment-related massage modalities such as myofascial, Graston Technique™ (scraping), cupping, and manual lymphatic drainage, as well as movement, pre- and post-rehabilitation exercise, strength and conditioning.
I work with all kinds of athletes, ranging from weekend warriors to competitive athletes to treat muscle soreness and limited range of motion, while improving sports performance.
Whether you're managing pain, healing from surgery, or dealing with aches and pains of staying active, I'm here to help you feel better and move better, not just during the session, but long after.
I look forward to helping you feel and move better.

"As a competitive volleyball player, my right shoulder was always tense from swinging. Lori released the tension so my shoulders felt even and balanced again. I left revitalized and ready to play."
I wouldn’t be progressing as well in my hip replacement recovery without Lori’s expertise. She combines deep tissue work, lymph drainage, and relaxation techniques — all with a confident, gentle touch.
Ms. Lori was nothing short of fantastic. From the beginning of the session when I was explaining my issues and before I even got on the table, she offered insight and simple stretches and biomechanical fixes for all of the quandaries I said I had. She educated me on small changes in sleep position and bolstering to help decrease and prevent my pain. She also showed me ways to strengthen my weak ankle muscles that had caused numerous sprains in the past. While on her cozy heated massage table, she spent ample time in all of my tension areas, as well as others that I didn’t know were contributing to my pain. She is the type of therapist to check in with me throughout the session about pressure and my comfort level and even the temperature of the table–it seems that the comfort of her clients is one of her main priorities.
Very professional and down-to-earth. She makes the session very customized to your needs, which I liked. She also educated me on techniques to help with the pain—nobody else has done this, so I was pleasantly surprised. Overall, she really went out of her way to make it a good experience and I would definitely recommend her.
Used techniques I hadn't experienced before and they were great. Just one visit, and I have the release of a lot of tightness in areas that had forgotten what loose felt like! I recommend her highly.
Lori is a great clinician - she is very in tune with body movement, musculature and how pain affects a person mentally as well as physically. You will not regret having a massage with Lori—she will work with you to create exactly what you need.
Fantastic massage! Lori is an incredibly talented and communicative [massage therapist], with a range of techniques at her disposal. She really listened to what I needed and worked to resolve the issues that I was having. She was very conscientious about providing enough pressure to be effective, but within the bounds of what felt comfortable. I look forward to working with her again and I confidently recommend her.
Loved how Lori talked to me in depth beforehand and was always checking to see if the pressure was right, I was comfortable, etc. A different sort of massage than I've ever gotten because of her use of instruments [Graston Technique] and her intuitiveness and knowledge about the human body. I made an appointment for my second massage right after my first.
I had an excellent 2-hour massage with Lori. She takes the time to fully understand what you want to achieve out of your massage, what types and pressures of massage are best for you, and overall what type of experience you are seeking, which results in an excellent experience and in walking out of your massage with the desired outcome—in my case a reduction in tension, extra work on my shoulders/neck and overall relaxation. I would not go to anyone else other than Lori for my massage needs and I would recommend her in a heartbeat to those seeking a caring, professional and experienced massage therapist.
One of the best massage therapists I have found based on my unique needs. I recommend her to all my friends and coworkers.
I have been suffering from migraines and I am so glad I booked this appointment. My headache is all but gone and she really focused on my tension areas. Already rebooked. Great experience!
Great experience. Lori understood my needs and educated me on her technique. Feeling better already!
